Shipping Information

1. We will ship orders nationwide through out
New Zealand. We currently do not ship to International Destinations. We are willing to negotiate sending orders to International Destinations if you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand or would like to have the order shipped to an International Destination, please contact us with the intended order details so we can negotiate a freight charge with you. Freight for orders to International Destinations will be determined as per order.

2. Shipping of orders will be sent by Courier where possible. For this reason the requirement of a delivery address where some one is able to be present to receive the order is optimal.

3. Any Delivery Address that features a Postal Box or a Rural Delivery Number will be sent by New Zealand Post.

4. The Hobby Bazaar website has a standard Freight Charge of $5.50 per order with in
New Zealand. This Freight Charge does not increase in price as the order size or order total amount increases, which means the more you purchase per order the less the freight per items ratio becomes.

5. Expected Order Delivery Times when sent by Courier are as follows:
• Within Auckland – have a target delivery of the same day or next day service (dependent on time of order processing and pick up by Delivery Carrier)
• North Island of New Zealand – has a target delivery of next day service
• South Island of New Zealand – has a target delivery of a 2 day service
Delivery Times Quoted is as per Courier Working Day.

6. Expected Order Delivery Times when sent by New Zealand Post are as follows:
• Within Auckland – has a target delivery of next day service
• North Island New Zealand – has a target delivery of 1 – 2 days
• South Island New Zealand – has a target delivery of 2 – 3 days
• Rural Delivery New Zealand – can have longer delivery times dependent on particular Rural Delivery Runs.
Delivery Times Quoted is as per New Zealand Post Working Day.

7. You will be notified when your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received your order within the specific expected target delivery times with the
grace of 2 working days please notify us at Hobby Bazaar so we can track the parcel for you.
• Please Note – when an order is sent by courier to a Delivery Address that does not have some one there to accept the parcel the Courier will not leave the parcel unattended (unless permission has be given by the customer) and will leave a card to say they have called. It is up to the receiver to contact the Courier company to arrange an alternative Delivery Time &/or Address.

8. Occasionally an item may be out of stock when ordered, we will notify you if this happens and usually it takes a couple of days to receive back into stock. If the delay is longer we will discuss the options with you.
